To meet a booming demand for downtown professional space, architectural firm Keene & Simpson expanded the building to a 10-story high-rise tailored for medical offices.

2015

Modern Loft Conversion

Homkor of Missouri, Inc. breathed new life into the historic property, transforming the medical offices into modern, luxury loft apartments while preserving its rich architectural heritage.
